荧光灯,也称为日光灯。传统型荧光灯即低压汞灯,是利用低气压的汞蒸气在通电后释放紫外线,从而使荧光粉发出可见光的原理发光,因此它属于低气压弧光放电光源。

一般情况宜采用中色温灯管:光源的色表(用相关色温表示)选择,除建筑色彩特殊要求外,一般可根据照度高低确定:简单说,高照度(>750lx)宜用冷色温(高色温),中等照度(约200~1000lx)用中色温,低照度(≤200lx)用暖色温(低色温)。因为暖色温光在低照度下使人感到舒适,而在高照度下就感到燥热;而冷色温光在高照度下感到舒适,在低照度时感到昏暗、阴冷。多数场所的照度在200~750lx之间,用中色温光源更好;而且中、低色温的荧光灯光效比高色温灯更高,也有利节能。

Because warm color and warm light make people feel comfortable under low illumination, but feel hot and dry under high illumination. The illuminance in most places is between 200 and 750 Lx, and it is better to use medium-temperature light source.
